      Not only pulseaudio is crap, the whole linux audio ecosystem is, there is no technical need to have all this fragmented audio f*cking servers like Jack, pulseaudio, oss and also Alsa is crap too

      BSD's flavors are light years ahead

      and I have not even mentioned the tons of bugs about alsa drivers and how much actually the kernel developers care about it, and the incompatibility and misconfiguration with pulseaudio on most linux desktop distros and the pulseaudio bugs itself (steam + ps4 controller + microphone echo cancel module segfault is one of them)
