  1. Sorry for the late response, Nexxus, But yeah, I agree you don't have to pay duty/taxes on any warranty claim. Can you send me your ticket # so I can have our customer service look into this? Don't worry, we'll get this one sorted out for you.
  2. Hey Matty, Since you've been already in contact with our support, I am assuming that you already have a ticket #. You can post that ticket # here or send me a PM, I'll get that sorted out for you.
  3. For a single 970, I'd save those $ because I don't think there's a good reason to replace your CX750M, it should be able to handle it with no problem.
  4. Never seen one for sale. You should look into this,
  5. RM has a 5 year warranty, I'd strongly suggest that you take advantage of it. If you get lucky, you'll probably get an RMx as a replacement if we don't have RM anymore. Start your RMA request, Corsair.force.com. If you have questions about the process, feel free to send me a PM.
  6. I honestly don't know what to make of this. @Justhavocman do you know if your friend spilled a drink on that KB? One thing that I can think of is, he spilled a drink and tries to dry it by using a blow dryer. Or do you know if he sits close to a heater? ALso, I just showed this thread to our HID team here, they said it's a clear indication of physical damage.
  7. The previous models are almost identical to the new ones (V2) except for the new logo, basically cosmetics. H100i GTX - http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h100i-gtx-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler H100i V2 - http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-series-h100i-v2-extreme-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler If you closely, you'll notice on the cooler's pump logo, they are different. Also, new models have better compatibility with m-ITX boards, especially the ones that have components around the socket. Other than those, V2 coolers are just new gen Corsair coolers with updated logo.
  8. Here's a pretty good point of reference if you want to compare the H110i GT and the X61.
  9. That's exactly what they are, we've just updated the SKUs. They are technically the same in terms of performance. The only thing that's worth mentioning is that the V2 models all have had their blocks slightly tweaked to ensure compatibility with Skylake Mini-ITX boards that may have components right next to the socket.
  10. No problem at all Just in case you run into any issues during the RMA process, let me know.
  11. On paper, it's rather obvious that the stock fans have better specs, but in real world performance, I highly doubt it that you'll notice a difference between the two sets of fans.
  12. We just need the pump/rad and the two stock fans. There's no need to send the brackets and screws, you keep those if you want.
  13. I wish I could do something about this, it would have been an easy swap since you have a 5 year warranty. But since you've detached the tubes from the rad, that pretty much voided your warranty, unfortunately. if you run into something like this in the future, I'd strongly suggest that you contact the manufacturer first as I am pretty sure that they/we can provide you a solution as long that you are within the product's warranty period
  14. This is correct. H100i is a sealed system pre-filled with distilled water and propylene glycol to prevent corrosion and organic build up. Thermal paste is also pre-applied, so its pretty much plug and play
  15. That's perfectly fine. That will not affect the cooler's performance nor it's structural integrity overtime.
  16. I'd agree with this. Looks like his case will support 240 spec AIO coolers, so H100i or H100i GTX should work fine.
  17. Like what's been said a few times above, for Silent PSU, RMi or RMx. You can't really go wrong either way.
  18. What CPU are you planning to upgrade to? Check out the RMx series, price is pretty decent and it's a solid step up from the CX.
  19. @Majestic - I apologize for the inconvenience, this is totally on us. That card uses a custom PCB, it should have never been included in that list in the first place, that was an oversight during our validation process. I have already asked our webteam to update the product page. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
  20. I wouldn't do that, that will void your warranty. I'd personally follow the video sirtoby posted. We've seen good results from people who were in the same situation using that technique.
