Buying PC components and building it for like 400$ then selling it on ebay or craiglist for like 800-1000 dollars?
My friend earned some good money off it.
Sounds like you're looking at Computer Engineering. Hardware and Software. Probably will the majority of this forum will end up. Very high paying too, and actually pretty enjoyable from what I've heard..
Obviously?
I'm pretty sure Computer Science has nothing to do with hardware, you just program stuff people want. Correct me if I'm wrong. What makes you interested in computer science?
Which do you think would give you more knowledge with computers? Most high-tech computer techies here are more IT, it seems. I even heard Linus was more into IT.
What did you get your degree in/majoring in/planning to major in?
Also, answer that question, but if you have a little bit extra time, do you think it'd be better to major in IT or Computer Engineering?
