i would like to but i have no cash and the Benchmark was at stock with only the power limit and power temperature max do i need to do up the voltage or not for what he said and if i do what is a safe voltage

i have never overclock a GPU can someone tell me what a good overclock would be i have a screenshot of a Valley Benchmark that I have done the only thing i have changed in MSI afterburner is power limit and power temperature to the max and that is all. Info is in the screenshot of what CPU and GPU i have i do not what to go all out with this i just want a boost in FPS if you need more info just ask me what you need PS. Can you tell me if i am bottle necked or not
