they will know if they like you in the first 30 seconds,. dont be cocky but be confident, get them to like you, dont go on and on about how much you love tech, but point out why you would be good for them, why your skills matter,. and what you can bring to the company over everyone else, dress smart, and be prepared to ask questions, but ask good ones about the company. dont ask them how they feel the interview went etc... you wont be tested on printers on the interview, they want to know how you will be with customers, how you will be on the phone how you will represent them.
