Im sorry linus but this aint it chief. While data accuracy is forgivable (if you can fix the issues and prove the numbers are reliable once again) I don't think you have addressed the core issues here that Steve brought to the table.
 
First off Billet labs, they did not "loose" their prototype you sold it without permission and as a small business owner and boutique manufacturer if a review outlet did this to me first I would be outraged at the sheer gall to do that sure multi billion $ asus might not want their 4090 review unit back and even if they did they can absorb that cost (while it still wouldnt be right to not return it if they asked for it back) but for a small company that wasn't even incorporated a year ago like billet labs.
 
This would be crushing for my business and I'm sorry but money does not fix all problems compensating them is a start but that is likely a 1 of 1 unit worth way more than its weight in the copper its made from.
 
You yourself literally on this last week's WAN show brought up how you had an with the fact that a fan ended up with a prototype LTT backpack. So clearly you understand how important it is that prototypes when leant out ultimately belong to the original company unless explicitly stated otherwise.
 
This is aside from the total massacre of their product which was very clearly a statement piece that for some reason you reviewed like it was trying to compete with a hyper 212 rather. Like if you had made the pyramid case for the dbrand build sent it to a reviewer and they compared it to a nzxt h510 there not in the same league at all.
 
I don't think many people would have a problem with you running a 4090 in their cooler to test it on the bleeding edge if you had also taken the time to test the 3090 as well. Would you complain that an NHU12S is dumb and no one should buy it if you strapped it to a Xeon server chip and used colgate for thermal paste despite Noctua’s website stating compatible CPUs and thermal compound materials?

yeah i think im going to wait i did think about just grading to 5000 series but by the tim the 5950x is back in stock 6000 series will be out

yeah i knew about intel moving thats why i figured AMD might do the same the money isnt too much of an issue since my work approved me to expense it since i am useing my own PC for work tasks
 
from what i can gather from my colluge that has 128gb ram he maxes out at about 48gb when running the same task so i figured id crub it at 64gb.

swapped the ram out for some that was way cheaper (you just miss out on the RGB)  and i swapped the m.2 drives out for some slightly older intel ones that are just as solid but again cheaper and i swapped the psu out as the estimated draw was 400w so 550w should be plenty i also swapped the GPU for the 2060 super as to me its a better gpu than the AMD card but thats just me.

DId you submit a ticket to IT about this? They know their network much better than we do.

honeslty id reccomed going for one better quality ultrawide than 3 budget 16:9s anyday

MX34VQ for cheaper with freesync (but works with gsync), if you have money to spend AW3418DW

I've not used the cooler myself however according to Tom's Hardware it's about 30dB at max load. 
 

I guess im weird then in the fact that i don't really touch a lot in terms of the system i have a ninite installer that installs all the essentials chrome firefox putty vlc python library's etc which makes it pretty good on a system rebuild 

The motherboard you chose there is full ATX the case and the build I’m trying to go for is microATX. PC part picker said that these parts would only draw about 280-300w so that leaves 150-170w free I think my plan is to use it for now see how it goes and maybe pick up a new PSU down the road a bit in a couple months. 

completely non scientific and possibly coincidental but according to my apple watch i once burned 50 calories pooping that was a proud day although i probably should of eaten more fibre 

yeah but my bet is it will play back at 60fps or 30fps so like 1/4 or 1/8th speed

to record in 240fps uses so much power like on phones the slow mo modes usually run about 240fps but the resolution get dropped down to 720p or lower there's no reason to record that fast anyway cause its going to look really weird in playback afterwards just stick with 60fps you'll be fine 

i can imagine so alot of of chinese manufactures dgaf about things like clashing frequencies like big companies will
