While data accuracy is forgivable (if you can fix the issues and prove the numbers are reliable once again) I don't think you have addressed the core issues here that Steve brought to the table. First off Billet labs, they did not "loose" their prototype you sold it without permission and as a small business owner and boutique manufacturer if a review outlet did this to me first I would be outraged at the sheer gall to do that sure multi billion $ asus might not want their 4090 review unit back and even if they did they can absorb that cost (while it still wouldnt be right to not return it if they asked for it back) but for a small company that wasn't even incorporated a year ago like billet labs. This would be crushing for my business and I'm sorry but money does not fix all problems compensating them is a start but that is likely a 1 of 1 unit worth way more than its weight in the copper its made from. You yourself literally on this last week's WAN show brought up how you had an with the fact that a fan ended up with a prototype LTT backpack. So clearly you understand how important it is that prototypes when leant out ultimately belong to the original company unless explicitly stated otherwise. This is aside from the total massacre of their product which was very clearly a statement piece that for some reason you reviewed like it was trying to compete with a hyper 212 rather. Like if you had made the pyramid case for the dbrand build sent it to a reviewer and they compared it to a nzxt h510 there not in the same league at all. I don't think many people would have a problem with you running a 4090 in their cooler to test it on the bleeding edge if you had also taken the time to test the 3090 as well. Would you complain that an NHU12S is dumb and no one should buy it if you strapped it to a Xeon server chip and used colgate for thermal paste despite Noctua’s website stating compatible CPUs and thermal compound materials? Next up, a post on the forum isn't good enough you have 10 million subscribers on youtube and wanshow gets upwards 600k to 1 mil views an episode for the vod along with thousands when your live this forum post feels to me like your trying to address it semi-publically to say you've responded so you can move on and pretend it didn't happen. On the same vein it seems like you have taken this way too personally, but it's not personal, it's aimed at LMG not Linus Sebastion. Which yes you are the owner of and now former CEO and while some of the criticism is at you the main piece is about the company. Why can LMG not take ownership of some of the mistakes and admit they messed up? Even if some of those mistakes are genuine human error, which happens to everyone from time to time, it does not excuse the fact that the mistake happened but apologising and stating how you'll fix your mistake goes a lot further than doubling down. Do you want to be an Innovelli or do you want to be an Anker? I think you need to think about this over this week and take another shot at addressing this on wan show. Finally, as much as I've loved having LTT content daily for a decade now I really do think Steve's, and your employees, point of maybe just cutting the upload schedule down to a few times a week + wan would help improve the quality and accuracy of videos. Understand that i am not saying all of this as a hater or anything but as a fan that has been subscribed about 10 years now that wants to see LMG do great things and wants to see the LAB succeed and wants to see the badminton court/whale lan center, LTX 2024 and beyond ect. Okay so sorry to res this thread but I have been doing some testing on my work Dell laptop since this video came out first off i started with the bloated existing install of windows 11 22H2 that was on my laptop that is full of junk form the past few years I closed the lid on the device then unplugged power for the first week and every day id come back to the office pull it out my bag to find it dead then after about 2 weeks I repeated this but i unplugged the charger first and made sure windows didnt inidcate ti was charging anymore then shut the lid this meant i would usually power it on with anywhere from 20%-60% battery depending on if it was a weekday or a weekend so it would still drain just not as much. Next I tried with a fresh install of windows 11 22H2 and i got the same results with both pluged in when closing and unplugged first as my bloated install meaning it was definatly windows and not some janky software on my original install. My third test was to install ubuntu on the machine in dual boot with windows and before going home from work i would reboot into ubuntu log in then shut the lid and unplug the charger. This time my battery held strong only draining about 10% at most over a weekend and usually are oung 3 or 4% overnight on a weekday and it was the same if i unplugged the charger first. Unfortunatly i cant do my word in ubutnu as alot of the stuff i use requires acess to powershell and other microsoft products like office365 one drive ect. but now everynight before i go home i reboot into ubuntu in order to save my battery and then reboot into windows in the morning. (also its kinda handy sometimes to have a linux install for the occational thing) So while my tests where not scientific or anything as a purley anicdotal test i think this is proof that there is definatly somethign woring with windows sleep considering its the same laptop the only differance is windows 11 and ubuntu. Please microsoft fix this!

oh sorry confused what you mean no im not using the web versions i use the actual windows desktop exe version the webversion has never worked reaibly for me i thought you mean to try a 3rd party whatsapp application

ill give it a try but im using the whatsapp multidevice beta at the moment as i oftern dont have my phone on the wifi my laptop is on so not sure if that would mess with it

hey guys was wondering if it was possible to run two copies of whatsapp or signal for desktop on my windows pc like you can on android as i have two numbers work and personal and since i use whatsapp to talk to engineers on my work number and my family on my personal. I know on android you have to use a 3rd party app like dual social so i wondered if theyre was something like that for windows?

in case anyone finds this in the future when trying to google this error, try downloading an app from the play store called toastsource. this helped me find the app giving this error and it set it to not be allowed to run in the background.

BTW it'd a Samsung Z flip 3 on android 11 and one ui 3.1.1

Hey guys I recently swapped from ios to android for the first time in about 5 years so I'm not so familiar with android these days but I keep getting this toast notification popping up and I'm not sure what's triggering it. Some times it doesn't come up for a day or so and sometimes it comes up like every 2 or 3 minutes and it's getting really irritating now. Any help is appreciated

im sure there is software that does this but its most likley expensive and propitroty youd be much better off if you have an office pc you would be better off putting a second hard drive in there and shareing that on the network so its always accessible

yeah i knew about intel moving thats why i figured AMD might do the same the money isnt too much of an issue since my work approved me to expense it since i am useing my own PC for work tasks from what i can gather from my colluge that has 128gb ram he maxes out at about 48gb when running the same task so i figured id crub it at 64gb. think i might wait then for now.

So my Current gaming PC is as follows R7 2700x 32GB 3000 DDR4 RTX2070 MSI B550M Tomahawk however i have found since WFH i have been getting very close to my RAM limits usually hovering around 28-30GB used at peak so im wanting to upgrade to a 64GB kit at 3600 however my plan was to upgrade my PC to the 6000 series r7 or r9 when they are released in the future so i dont want to drop like £400 on a 64GB RAM kit for it to be useless on my next machine should they move to DDR5

its not the router every other device on my network can acive at least 300Mpbs (laptop xbox phone ipad ect) you cant say that this is expected when its only getting 12% of the same speed as other devices in the same location

You didnt read what i said it cant even do 100Mbps right now i am fine with it "only" going 433Mbps look at the screenshots i uploaded its crapping out at 34 Mbps right now

So i just got upgraded to FTTP yesterday with a 900Mbps but garenteed 450Mbps down. however my PC is the other side of the house so im forced to use Wi-Fi i have an Asus RT-AC5300 Router and can get 370 to 400 Mbps on My iphone 12 in the eaxct same spot as the wifi antenna for my PC but my PC can barely crack 100 Mbps both are on the 5GHz Chanel AC wifi i made sure there is no other interfering networks on the same chanel as mine but no luck control panel also says i have a 300Mbps link with the router itself so im extra confused. All drivers up to date on the PC even tried forgetting the wifi and readding it tried moving the wifi antenna around slightly (its one of those thats on a slight extantion cable) any ideas appreciated

so I'm fumbling my way around HTML after not using it since I left school, just for fun I am making a landing page with a UN and password login box that was fairly easy for me to to set up however i want to actually tie that to an actual list of usernames and passwords im guessing the best way to do it is using PHP? please forgive me its been about 8 years since I learned HTML so I am very rusty

Just reseated the CPU and remounted the cooler and now its working perfectly thanks so much!! would never of thought of that saved me the bother of RMAing the board!!!

It’s 10pm here so I will try reseating CPU in the morning and remounting the AIO pump/coldplate and if that doesn’t work I’ll try updating the AGESA if I can find the update for it as there doesn’t seem to be much listed on MSIs site for this board. it’s weird cause I’ve used this same drive/cpu/gpu combo across 3 boards now the first two all worked without a hitch. If that fails guess I’ll have to RMA the board and suffer though my work with maxed out ram for a few more weeks. On the times it does boot it’s perfectly stable too had it on for 12 hours solid yesterday with no issues.

No I just have my RTX 2070 in the top 16x slot both 4x slots are empty so is the lowest 16x physical slot (which I think is really just 8x)

The easiest thing if the laptop is still under warranty is to call\webchat the manufacturer and see if this is covered if it is they’ll more than likely fedex you a new drive or offer you to send it in for them to replace it (if they’re offering that service I know some places aren’t with everything going on)

I just upgraded from a gigabyte b450m to a mai b550m mother board as the b450 board only had 2 dimm slots on it and I need to bump up from 16 to 32gb of ram now working at home on my personal computer. however I am facing an issue which from searching around people have similar issues but can’t find anyone with the exact same issue as mine. I use a intel 660p 1TB m.2 as my boot drive for windows however in either m.2 slot on this board it only seems to show up 1/3 times I boot the system. My 4 data drives 2 HDD and 2 SSD all show up just fine everything else is working okay and I’ve used this drive in two other motherboards one the for mentioned gigabyte matx board and one a asrock itx board with no issue whatsoever in this way so I think it must be the motherboard. I tried reseating the drive moving the drive between the gen 3 slot and the gen 4 slot updated the bios to the latest available version on the msi site currently (7C94v11) and I attempted to update the firmware of the intel m.2 but when booting into the update utility couldn’t get the drive to show up so that one is no dice. I see online it’s quite a common issue with MSI boards but most people seem to report bios updates fix their issues. Any help is super appreciated as this is very annoying.
