  1. Most browsers refresh the page you're on when you press F5 which is at the same position as the refresh key on most chromebooks in my experience
  2. From what i can see online there is no such adapter but i might be wrong.
  3. From what i can see in the manual your motherboard comes with a 12v RGB connector wich is 4 pin and then fan you have bought seems to be a 5v 3pin connector so they are therefore not compatible
  4. I didnt know this was a thing.

  5. Bought a Netgear GS108v4 earlier today, get home and hecking port 8 isnt working aaaA

  6. There wont be any issues, PCIe is backwards compatible so a PCIe 3.0 device will work in a PCIe 2.0 slot
  7. So my 290x has started dying, the only way to avoid artifacts is to underclock it and max out the powerlimit

Do you have a budget to replace it or, will you just try to keep it alive as long as possible?

I have to keep it alive untill the end of next month but if it dies before then i do have my old 6770 to switch to for the time being

  8. Because they are old and arnt made anymore and that drives up the price on the ones that are for sale
  9. The clocks actually doesnt go down untill 94C, but the fps drops happens in less demanding games like CS:GO too when the gpu doesnt even reach 70C Edit: Its a reference card
  10. I have tested BF4, Overwatch, Warframe, CS:GO and Destiny 2 because those are the games i have on my pc and it happens in all of them, and as i said in my original post the temperatures are below the throttling temperature
  11. So the problem is, when i play games, the framerate stays consistant for 1-2 minutes and then drops down to 55-60fps until i tab out and then tab back in. The gpu temperatures are below throttling and the same with the cpu.
  12. Turns out the motherboard has a OEM Windows 10 Pro key bound to it owo

    1. Ryan_Vickers

That just means it's been upgraded, because that process grants an OEM license in addition to the existing Win 7 or 8 license that was used for the upgrade (which remains unchanged)

    2. Ryan_Vickers

Fun fact, it's no big deal if it didn't have a key for 10 because you can still do the upgrade given a key for 7 or 8.  There's no reason to buy 1 Win 10 key when you can buy a retail win 7 or 8 key and generate infinite win 10 keys using it.
