  1. A question that wasn't answered unless I missed it... Running 2 760 super clocked in sli will run 4k video smoothly?? Specs permit one to do so... I'm praying it will.... Any thoughts???
  2. All the ram are the same sticks, In the middle of doing a fresh install of the os, updates are taking forever. I don't think the cpu will be cutting it... I will upgrade cpu & motherboard in a few. Thank you guys for all the feed back.
  3. Hey guys, I'm going to try to keep this as smooth as I can, I appreciate any and all feed back to get this situation straightened out. My rig is 5 to 6 years old, I'm running a duo core quad core with an Intel motherboard that was too of the line when I put this together. Over the years I've added hard drives and ram to support my growing needs. Over the holidays I purchased 2 evga 760 super clocked graphics cards to run in sli on this sli ready motherboard. I also decided to up the memory from 10 gigs to 16 gigs, and decided to replace the operating system hard drive from a conventional 500 gig to a 240 ssd Intel 730 series. Keep in mind that I had a graphics card prior that topped out in 1080p, prior to the additions the computer was fast, but I wanted to get into viewing 4k content. I added those changes in good faith but man, my computer is running slower than a 10 year old desk top...... What the hell??? I understand is I add new up to par parts would create bottleneck but how the hell is my computer running slower than it was before with all the new additions? I can't even stream 720p videos without the video constantly freezing and choppy. How can the rig be running slower than it was before?? Is it time to call it quits on the cpu/motherboard and go with something new?? I appreciate all the feed back guys...
