  1. You must have an amazing wife if they play minecraft and skyrim with you
  2. i used an 1 tb drive as a boot drive for my mbp for a couple weeks when the internal hdd cut out, and it worked perfectly, not that bad (it was a little slow though)
  3. i get gigabit internet (hong kong is the best) for about 200usd, but really, once you get past the 200mbps mark, you can't really tell the difference because most servers don't let you download that fast (usa servers mainly)
  4. about 700 down, 800 (wired) up yay hong kong internet (you can get 1gps internet in hk for nearly nothing) about 250+ up/down on 5g wifi
  5. you can game on MacBooks  (well kinda game)

    why 2048x1152?

i have a oldish (3 years) dell monitor, which i was thinking about hooking up to my mac, just wondering if it will have a noticeable difference

    why 2048x1152?

kinda new here, but is there any actual advantage of a 2048x1152 resolution compared to something like 1080p or 1440p apart from the *very* slight difference in pixels?
  8. my first name is josh and by last name is bird, but i made it blrd (with an L) just to be future proof
  9. how about 3D printers, Im sure many people would like to know more about it
  10. if i have to pay 2.99 per month i might as well get all the channels
  11. i used to play mine craft on the lowest settings and i thought that 20fps was amazing Things have really changed since
  12. I honestly don't think that gaming laptops are worth it, your better off just buying a good desktop. -Laptops are WAY more expensive for than desktops -good gaming laptops are really big (like an inch) and you are unlikely to bring it around with you, unless you are a serious gamer and live of profits from gaming
  13. when you never stop telling your friends that they CANT over clock their macbook
