A few suggestions, on the second to last question you might want to make an option for buying 0 cables. (All mine came with products I bought). Also for the final question, it would be helpful if you included metric distances because not everyone can convert between metric and imperial very well in their head.

Monoprice cables have never let me down, are dirt cheap, and ship fairly fast, so you'd have to have a product that beats them in every way for me to even consider looking elsewhere.  

There's no option for "never bought any hdmi cable" which is my case. The HDMI cable came with my monitor and never had to replace it (well, i could do with a longer one but i'm too lazy and too cheap to buy a longer one).
