I, for once, would like to see a red PCB. Not the flashy kind, but a dark red color would be badass.

that's good... that means in theory this is fixable and for free...
I did find this but not sure if that will help: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_devices/pci-express-root-port-error-code-12/8144bd84-9070-4208-9578-7b16a85c8fc3?auth=1
I'll keep looking
EDIT: wait, when you say you "updated", did you just update or did you do a clean install? I would highly recommend a clean install of 10 before we try anything else

What CPU do you have? If it's anything modern there's a good chance the integrated graphics are better than a GeForce 610

Has anyone ever felt like punching or strangling or running over people who mix B/s and bps transfer speeds like they interchange both units and cause a lot of confusion? I'm one of them. Hit this thread if you're fed up like me!

I feel like hitting Microsoft (and other OS creators) for not using the correct acronyms, or not converting between binary and decimal units.

greenroost1445 reacted to ADZ_123_!"£ in (Rumour) - Zen chips have already been tested, met all expectation, no significant bottlenecks
If this rumor is true then it might save AMD's CPU devision but if it's just a load of shit then I would say there cpu section will either collapse or be bought by someone else.

greenroost1445 reacted to Rekx in EA Hires Former Assassin’s Creed, Watch Dogs and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Producer to Run Two Studios
I wonder how she got the job and how the job interview went
EA: Why should we hire you? You totally fucked up Watch Dogs and AC Unity on pc/consoles.
Jade Raymond: I really like day-one dlc, pre-order bonuses and microtransactions.
EA: Great! You're hired.
