  1. Give me the Bear Claw.... I mean the NUC! (it also sounds like some item from Fallout )
  2. I'd love to get this card so I can give to my friend my old GTX680 . And the dynamic super resolution looks very cool! I really want to try that!
  3. For me the best part of the Z2 is the build quality. Metal + Glass with a very good screen and an excellent camera. Plus the water ressistant is awesome! Oh! The Skin looks awesome! If I win I want Edzel to sign it plz !!
  4. I really like the camera of the G3. As a photographer myself, I'm always trying to find a good smartphone with an excellent camera without going to the Lumia side . I guess this G3 could be the best camera right now!! Oh and I really want one of those 25!! Please! To Argentina please!!!
  5. Hello, I have a question that's been bugging my mind for a long time. I (stupidly) bought the RAM that i currently have in my rig when I built it. They are a pair of 4GB Patriot VIPER DDR3 2133Mhz. Now I want to expand the ram to 16GB but I cannot do it 1st because they're nowhere to be found and 2nd because the other good (or bad) brands are a liver worth price (over here in Argentina almost every tech thing is stupidly way overpriced). The thing is that I own a pair of 4GB Kingston HyperX sticks but different speed, timing and voltage than the Patriots. Can I use them or I can't use them at all ? I'll leave the specs of the RAMs. Can anyone help me? Thanks and sorry for my bad english 2x 4GB DDR3 Patriot VIPER 2133MHZ CAS11 1.5V + 2x 4GB DDR3 Kingston HyperX 1333MHZ CAS9 1.65V (this are the sticks that I want to use to expand to 16GB)
  6. The only FiiO product I can find is the FiiO E09K, and it's just a bit more expensive than the Xonar DX I wanted to buy. Is it worth it or it will be way overkill ?
  7. You can't buy those things over here. Not unless it's used or someone brings a couple from the US/Europe when they go for vacation or business. Customs here are almost shut down, you cannot import anything if you are not an importer or have a special permission to do so. I read about those portable amps... specialy for my ipod and the headphones, which sound a little quiet and I have to put the volume at max with the little apple shit. But I could only find an used Fiio e11, and despite being at $60 dollars amp for a brand new one, here it's equivalent to around $100 dollars... and it's used . I know we're not the worst country to buy tech stuff, but somethings just go beyond stupidity, like the "new" [over here] GTX 780 that is priced at around $1200 US Dollars... I hope you get the idea Anyway, that's why I was thinking in going for the DX, but it's not something i wanna buy just for the sake of buying something. A soundcard was something that was struggling in my head for a long time, and recently I heard so many times to Linus saying that It's a mayor improvement from the onboard audio, it's day and night, etc. But I don't know if I want to spend $900 Pesos (140 us dollars) just to hear a minor improvement... if it is something at all. Oh, btw... what I've already spent in my rig, I might as well have bought a really nice bike
  8. Hello! I'll join Eljiyx and ask you if I should buy a soundcard too. I have the PC of my signature (duh ) and the sony headphones are 40Ω and the Corsair Vengeance 1300 32Ω. I know they're not the best high end headphones/headset, but here in Argentina if you try to go higher than those you must sell an organ... or two. I was thinking in the Asus Xonar DX because of the same reason: if I try to buy something higher like a Essence STX it would cost like HALF of a regular salary over here. Tech in my country it's not only stupidly overpriced, but somethings are treated like items for royalty or if they were only for exclusive people who work with audio professionaly ¬¬ PD: Sorry for my bad english, it's been a while
  9. Hi! I believe this is the first time I post something in the forum! I run a Corsair SSD 180GB Force GS as a main/booting drive and then a "rainbow" of WD Hard drives that I've been buying since 2006. I got WD 500Gb "colourless" from 2008, a WD 1TB Caviar Green (2010), a WD 1TB Blue and a WD 1TB Black, both from this year when I upgraded my rig. All the other disk where sort of a "legacy" storage . Here in Argentina those RED Drives are VERY VERY expensive (due to our current situation in the country with the imports) and very rare too. I'd love to get a pair at least of those to install in RAID 0+1 on my PC so it wasn't cramped all the time with my "raw" files from the camara (photographer here ) Facebook Link: https://www.facebook.com/nicolas.sauk/posts/673665209310146 Twitter: https://twitter.com/NicolasSauk/status/378200803426578432 Google+: https://plus.google.com/114244232577779009276/posts/BNjoptsWret
