Hello everyone, I was trying to make a media pc to run plex and remote play games on the tv and I found an MSI Z97 G43 with an I7 4790, but no matter what I try it won't start. I also tried to use a different processor and was able to get in the BIOS. Could the processor be dead? What could cause a processor to die like this? Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life? Thank you! Best regards!!

Hello, i have a surface rt and, to get more space on it, i decided to move the recovery partition to an usb drive using these steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/create-usb-recovery-drive I would like to move the recovery partition back to my surface but can't figure out how. Can someone help me? Thank you.
