Black panther up for best picture? man didn't expect that! i know it's voted in options coming in from a whole bunch of jury that pushes it to this category, but sounded like it was like a inside decision to lure in viewers for the tv event. i don't mind Christopher robin & first moon being nominated .i watched them both in regular Dolby , both looked really good(i favor CR more here) & i felt sound was very immersive in first man & had a massive impact on the film & not any thing visual first hand except it's cinematography. Aquaman should've been in this category but i do wish it was a bit more polished in terms of CGI , Same thing i had with the Thanos character being too plastic CGI~ish i dunno if this makes sense but that "wax/rubber" feel when you see something is kinda eerie , that fine line of CGI where its good, but actually being a bit unconvincing at the same time.

Heard on the radio this morning they were talking about Bradley Cooper not getting a nom for best director. How are these awards nominated, judged and decided on anyways? I know, I could google it, but I just can't be bothered, lol. I know what movies I like/dislike, regardless of the awards they win/don't win.
