The ram has a heatspreader. For some reason they don't show it on the first picture. Look at the other ones. Also, ram doesn't need a heatspreader in the first place since it barely gets hot even at higher speeds.
Msi is a solid brand for mobos. 
 
You want a better psu for the 780. Also, skip the corsair fans. I don't see why you'd need them. 
The ram is also either slow to deliver or perpetually out of stock.

It's a bit impractical to try to max out settings. There are settings that will drastically lower performance without making things look much better than ultra...
The 7970 should be enough to do that already though.

ok thanks i don't really mind hot temps either my old gtx 550ti ran at 98 degrees in the summer and not much less in the winter i think i may just order the base stuff and maybe a asus gryphon with some nice kingston ram and a sumsung 120gb
