Well, you need to get a cheaper GPU to get to $1K, like a GTX 970 or an R9 290/x. Also, never use AMD for gaming, they're okay, but an i5 will be way better in terms of gaming performance.

It's actually the Pure Wings 2 140mm i'm looking at. The Silent Wings seems to be better used on rads and are a lot more expensive.
it's funny you say that, because my Phantek fan, in the top of my Enthoo Luxe has loud motor noise even at 500-600rpm. At least to my ears.
