I am an IT technician for a small MSP. Working with all 7 layers of the OSI model on a daily basis, while still picking up the phone if someone can't login. Experience with Unifi Systems, Windows server 2008, 2012, and 2016; Windows 7,8(ew), 9, and 10; Jive phone systems, Office 365, Cisco Meraki, and other misc skills that come with being a single Technician for over a dozen clients. Currently struggling work:life balance, which leaves my interests something to be desired.
