  1. if you're looking for a mic like the behringer, the sure sm58 is the audio industry standard for cardioid mics, unfortunately out of your price range. What about the behringer C-1? also are you looking for XLR or USB?
  2. all I did to train my ears when I started doing live sound is I would listen to my favorite bands and just try to pick out the different instruments

  7. thanks man! ill look into it. i might end up just doing a half height card workstation card like the W4100 but thats probably overkill
  8. That is what i was hoping to do. do you guys know of any cases that allow that to happen or will i have to build something?

  11. hi guys, im building a computer to control screens for concerts and shows. im looking for a 2u rack mountable case that can accommodate a full height GPU? thanks in advance

  13. so i found a motherboard the other day and tonight i decided to boot it up to see if the thing posts all it does is give me this screen. I could care less if the board is dead but just curious what this means http://imgur.com/K0kbKua
  14. ya not really a tech related question, oh well. i'm an industrial mechanic in BC, acklands grainger is where we are told to get our stuff. ive herd good things about Snap-on but its very expensive. i've never herd of simignton automotive or MAC tools but they don't look bad. tools are not like computer parts they don't go out of date if you buy a good set, it'll last you a lifetime

  16. check to make sure the cpu fan is pluged in. and if that inst it, check if theres thermal paste
  17. ok so that seemed to fix it, malware bytes came up with nothing but as soon as a boot back into normal mode it fixed itself. thanks for the help guys
  18. OK, I'm running a malware bytes scan now, and will reboot into safemode when that's done
  19. there are a fair bit in event log, but maybe that's normal, idk I don't normally look in event log
  20. So two days ago I installed windows 10 on my desktop, fresh install wiped the drive clean, it worked great then and yesterday. then today I start up and chrome won't open and explorer crashes every time I right click. is anybody else having this problem? anybody have any ideas?
  21. what do you do normally, if youre just doing plain edits, cuts, transitions things like that youre better off wiht premier. if you doo alot of motion graphics then hitfilm is the way to go
