Why is the "system" for installing I/O Shields still so terrible? Can't we have like a lever-lock or screw in system? Even just some tabs that you pull back, then click in would be better than trying to force it in like we have to.

    Oh come on, its not that bad. People always complain about IO shields but IMO there's nothing majorly wrong with it.

    To add to @Mr.Meerkat, you only have to install them once.

     

    Unless for some reason the shield as a deathgrip on the motherboard.

    I don't really enjoy cutting myself when they slip. A couple of holes to allow it to be screw mounted would be nice and simple. Feel like with basically everything being made super easy with PC building, why are I/O shields basically the only thing that you have to half force in.

    I've been wondering this myself! With most parts available for easy entry, one touch, and thumb screws that don't fall out of the side panel, you'd think this wouldn't be hard to fix
