    Browser, flash/HTML5 and resolution?
It is currently known to only work correctly in HTML5 and at >=1080p, although there are mixed reports on 720p. Firefox currently has some issues with it, and I imagine IE is similar, so stick to Chrome to get the best youtube experience (it pains me to say that).

    From the YouTube Twitter:

According to Polygon, this video is running in 60 FPS. Change the resolution to 1080p and full screen it for the full experience.

Our begging is finally paying off! Now we don't have to do janky tactics to get '60 FPS' anymore. So woo, now we can have butter smooth videos. This is especially great for gaming videos! The added in tip jar is especially great, because a lot of people use Adblock, so content creators don't get the ad revenue whenever an Adblock user watches one of their videos. With the tip jar, if somebody is so kind enough, they can add in their little donation to help out the content creator.

As far as i remember Dirt 3 needs GFWL (Games for Windows Live), update to the alst version, or, install hte version from steam that comes with the game (if it comes on steam).

leipero reacted to tobben in sapphire r9 270x low fps (not getting the performance shown online)
this can be a number of things, firstly your methodology could be wrong, second and maybe likely is that you are using the wrong settings as the guy above me said.

what benchmarks are you looking at? are the cards run at stock or overclocked?, most benchmarks show an estimated average fps of certain parts of the game, that doesn't mean you will see that exact fps while you are running around in the game, it can dip below and above that, and if you happen to be in a part of the game that is more intensive/has more things happening than what they had in the benchmark you will see an overall lower fps.

telling us the performance you have been seeing and the performance the websites promised would be very helpfull to judge wether something is wrong or if it's just caused by the many varibles, not to mention what website you got your performance numbers from.

Try going into safe mode and removing the drivers, then reboot and go back into safe mode to install them again. See if that helps.

Very weird indeed. Perhaps the cable has been degrading over time and finally burnt? I'm not quite sure. Anyway i'd replace both the motherboard and PSU.

Replace the whole PSU. I'd say motherboard too. The Motherboard 4Pin was taking in to much power melted the connector.

Used GPUs don't sell for much unless they are in great condition and the latest generation and even then the sell price will not even be close to retail. still if u dont need it anymore why not sell it better then having it collect dust in a box somewhere.

Wrong. Chinese is the written language. It has two variants, Simplified and Traditional. Therefore the OP is correct.

Cantonese and Mandarin are the main spoken languages. There are also many other dialects you'll find in different regions of China. However, that statement you wrote there @MangoJuiceStain is wrong because it's not just those two.

Using another computer run through changing the language. Follow everything you do on the English computer on the unusable computer.
Buttons and menus etc should have the same layout.

But why would you change it to Chinese in the first place?

I wouldn't do any Prime95 tests and run the CPU at stock clock and voltage until the Sabortooth arrives.
