Yea i tried that...and it worked. When i tried this on other laptop it totally disabled my FN key thats why i didnt want to try that but on this one actually this was the solution.
i dont understand why they simply cant make some rules about BIOS soo it would be more or less on all the PCs same one

What do you mean lagging? are you using the same windows install? your problem is not the motherboard so this is more likely an issue with the OS not being able to adapt itself to the new CPU.
Besides did you really need to buy a 9900K when having a 9700K? Why not at least wait for 10nm?
