I have just done a review of the Akasa Venom, check my posts... The akasa venom costs around £40 and its absolutely fantastic! Easy to fit! backplate and 4 screws and your off! Great customer service, sent me replacement silver thermal paste when it was missed out of the box.

Hello everybody This is a quick temperature reading of the Akasa Venom on my AMD 1055T running at stock 2.8 Ghz I am using the Akasa yellow fan (included) with a Coolermaster Sickleflow on the opposite side Temperature was recorded with ASRock's OC tuner software. Idle (after 8 minutes on idle) : Motherboard temperature 28*C CPU temperature 34*C Watching Linus Tech Tips (after 3-5 episodes) Motherboard Temp 30*C CPU Temperature 36*C Battlefield 3 Ultra 1920x1080p (Radeon HD 6950 1GB) Motherboard Temp 34*C CPU Temperature 40*C I should mention fans were running at 4900 RPM [quite loud] and the CPU voltage is 1.296v My case is an NZXT M59 with all the available 120mm fan slots filled with NZXT Branded blue led fans running at 1560rpm...
