AMD temp sensors suck. Use the one that's labeled CPUTIN.
 

I believe there is certain software that works, but  don't have an AMD so I wouldn't know.

This is a common problem with AMD processors, they apparently have crappy temp. sensors.

The Samsung gods have blessed up you the one drive which had an immaculate manufacturing process. 

It's coming from the "C drive" through software, but those are NOT coming from the SSD. SATAIII cannot handle that much bandwidth. Period. The SSD is likely utilizing RAM caching.

Extremely similar to what it sounds, The RAM is caching data to make it access faster.

Have you tried using diff drivers? could be an issue there too.

Leave it at stock settings, and run some very gpu intensive stress tests. If it becomes unstable at all, you can RMA it.
 
Furmark, or try setting it to fold or mine bitcoin.

Would be a separate problem. Just from the edit you added, it screams PSU. If you can swing it, I would say pick up a new PSU and see where it goes. 

I have never heard about Coolmax PSUs, sound like it might be dying. Do you have the possibility to try another PSU?. Other then that make sure all your power cables are in their sockets securely.

To my knowledge, Coolmax have a pretty short life span. When it's running can you hear any audible sounds coming from it (a whine or a heavy spin sound)?

first thing to do is get rid of your overclock....and test it to see you computer is stable....if it is the overclock is now a problem

Sounds like your PSU is dying. Disable all overclock and overvoltages to see if that helps, but my best recommendation is to buy a new PSU.

Then I guess you need to by a new PSU. It would be a good thing if you could try another PSU in the system, just so you can be sure.
