  1. I went ahead and tried to set up IPtables and I think I got it set up I'm going to try and set everything else up and see if it works
  2. Ok I thought that was the reason why it wouldn't install
  3. Firewalld is the only one I know how to configure and here's the errors I'm getting [root@localhost ~]# sudo systemctl start firewalld sudo: systemctl: command not found [root@localhost ~]# yum install firewalld -y Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security Setting up Install Process Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile * base: mirror.sesp.northwestern.edu * epel: mirror.nexcess.net * extras: centos.mirrors.tds.net * updates: mirror.sesp.northwestern.edu No package firewalld available. Error: Nothing to do
  4. So I'm trying to set up a server and for some reason it won't let me install or set up firewalld and I really need help with this because even though it will let me use IPtables I have no idea how to use that program

  10. So one thing I can say is everyone has a way of showing what they like wether it's a tshirt or the background on your phone. I figured why not make a discussion about what you guys have that you have to share your intrests. I have a tshirt that has a refrence to Linux and Guardians of The Galaxy: I also have a mug that has a funny reference to the World of Tanks YouTuber The Mighty Jingles on it (Warning there is a curse word on it so only click on the link to see if you don't mind seeing curse words): http://www.cafepress.com/mightyjingles.928564389

lol good thing I originally built my desktop for rendering videos when I built it because going overkill on the cooling means I can let it fold when it's cold in my poorly insulated office during the winter without worry of it overheating

  24. So I literally just got a capture card and even though it's not the best thing in the world being only capible of 480p 30fps and is using a old analog input, it's plenty for streaming older PS2 and Nintendo games. I'm currently trying to get it configured with OBS for the best quality I can get by trying to crop any black bars out (eccept for the unavoidable 4:3 aspect ratio on a 16:9 screen bars) and keeping the bitrate nice and high with upscaling to 1080p to make up for the compression twitch and youtube does. The only problem I'm having is trying to get rid of the interlacing lines from when the screen moves too fast is that just because of the capture card or does it have somthing to do with software. I'm currently using a AverMedia EZmaker 7 since it looked good for a device to hook my PS2 up to to stream and was from a brand I actually heard of. Also I was wondering if anyone has any advice for any tricks to doing commentary as the only thing I'm doing for commentary is just blabbering whatever I'm thinking of doing in the game.
