    I would not use IC Diamond it does not conduct heat very well maybe just use some of the cheap silicon stuff also remember to replace thermal pads if there is any on the card

    Dont you need a ultra bay hard drive attachment I am sure lenovo sells them or you need a 2.5" caddy to put where the "ultrabay" is I found one for cheap online http://www.amazon.com/LotFancy-Adapter-LENOVO-26R9246-40Y8725/dp/B0055XIOHS/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1357180050&sr=1-3&keywords=2.5+HDD+caddy+lenovo that should allow you to install the HDD Lenovo does not actually sell the HDD caddy they make without a hard drive so it costs like $200 just incase you were wondering

    If acer says 8gb max then its 8gb max it means the motherboard in that laptop only supports 8gb's of ram the same way my motherboard only supports 32 also find out the max mhz of ram you can put in his system and go from there.
