Im going to boot a live image of linux and save the files to the HDD cus linux has drivers

I installed windows 10 and then installed windows 7 from inside windows 10 but but not on a VM

Im using the onboard NIC on the mobo, it has no drivers

I though of doing that but my other dekstop has no power supply rn and it would be a real pain to do that.... any other methods?

So after hours of messing I managed to install windows 7 on my pc (Installed windows 10 and then windows 7 inside windows 10) and now it wont detect usb drives but it does detect my keyboard and mouse. Thing is to install usb drivers I need to plug in a usb drive..... what can I do?

my t3 is pushing into the fins and the fan behind it is pushing into the t3 fan, the only other fan is the fan above which is also pushing into the fins, There is only airflow on the CPU but my GPU was cool on the other pc

Excuse the clickbait, So I just upgraded from an old i3 540 system (specs in signature) and I decided to do a build log... Specs: i5 6500 z170-a PRO MSI 8Gb of Hyperx Ram s340 Black 240gb Toshiba SSD Apex 600w PSU (Wsed) Gtx 660 oc Windforce (from old PC) Please excuse the blurry Iphone 4s pictures Parts! (was supposed ot be 24hour shipping but it took 5 days.... 600w PSU and Gtx 660 Pulled out of the old system. Installed the tx3i with the nasty intel mounting, (fell off 3 times inside the case) Just a pic while testing the pc, all parts inside! (Had to remove the cpu cooler because I could not acces the 8 pin power connector. Added some red Leds, looks bad on the picture but is amazing in real life! Build is done, downloaded windows and oced the cpu to 4ghz while I was waiting, got 45c in bios. I could not install windows 7 in any way because it asked for drivers bould could not recognise any usb drives to browse for the drivers, currently downloading windows 8 since it comes with more modern drivers. Will add a costum loop in a couple days/weeks, follow for more!

I dunno, I just know that when I try and install windows 7 and it asks me for drivers it does not detect any USB drives I plug in to install drivers, the only thing that appears is an x drive which is virtual I think
