    i woud say that two gtx 660 ti's are beter then one 680 and performance per dolar is higher, bur there is no need for 2x 680 until you ment to have infinity !

    watercooling is good becouse if you have refrence gpu and it's noisy when its hot ,so if you want silend gaming pc go for it . you gat lower temps too :S !
