Good news for once. Went to see my doctor. In about 2 months I lost 35 lbs. I went from a BMI of 36 to 31. A BMI of less then 30 will take me from obese to overweight. My live enzyme is still a little high and I potentially have fatty liver, BUT the solution is weight loss. If I potentially loose enough I might be able to stop taking blood pressure meds. Ive struggled with my weight my entire life and now a see light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm down about 10ish lbs from my heaviest need a better scale, and for me the hardest things were snacks and sugary tea. I decided to go cold turkey around Jan 10th and I can tell you the cravings were intense. My crutch was Cheez-its, and the cravings were actually a problem the first two weeks. I found a bottle of the sugary tea a week or two back and decided to see if I still liked it, and I only got about 2/3 of the way through before I couldn't drink any more of it. Decided to try a snack pack of Cheez-its last week and the dopamine rush didn't happen! I munched on them and they were good, but one little lunchpack was enough to satisfy the taste. I've been drinking a ton more water, moving a lot more when I can, and really cut down on the sweets. Now if I'm in the mood for something sweet, I grab a little pack or two of Welch's fruit snacks and a handful or two of those will satisfy it. I feel better, I look better, and feel more confident. As for veggies, I found a "stir fry mix" that I can get from a wholesale store and have a bowl of that with a lean meat as a meal.

Walking that five mile walk when it was 40 Fahrenheit without a jacket on for as little as a week helped build the strongest cold tolerance of anyone I know.
I'm a furnace, the nickname in my friend group for me is space heater. I have anti fog spray for fall/winter because I fog the car immediately upon getting in

I'm surprised you haven't had abdominal ultrasonography yet.
I did. They did the whole lower half of my torso. It showed what looked like either hepatitis or fatty liver. We did blood work to confirm.

So don't stress about it too much, stay on course and it will be resolved.Im not concerned because my enzymes are only higher by .3. My mom's are much higher than mine. Im just trying to focus on fixing the issue before it becomes an issue. I get more blood work in 3 or 4 month to see where it is. If its back to normal then we are good, if not I go see a specialist.

Today I figured out how to sauté veggies. Made some Pepper and Onion Quesadillas. Smothered them with some salsa. It was good. I think this is the year I learn how to cook. I kinda always wanted to learn but because I need to loose weight due to health concerns I think I going to try to make a honest effort to learn not only how to cook, but how to do it more healthy like.
