  1. I saw it yesterday with my wife and her sister. We all had a good time. Everything was of course quite American and dramatic but i loved the spectacle of it. The main theme in my eyes were how:
  2. If you want anything other than complete guesswork you would have to give people something to make an informed decision on.
  3. High RAM usage just means your computer is putting it to good use. Modern operating systems use RAM as a cache file to speed things up. I have 16GB of RAM and with only 2 chrome tabs open Windows uses 3.8GB of RAM. While 3.8GB is a lot it is only around 25% of available RAM which makes it pointless to try and shave down how much is currently in use by active or dormant processes. Now while some of "in use" RAM is taken, some of it just has unimportant cached files that can be discarded instantly making the pool of available RAM higher than it might look at first sight. So rest easy in the knowledge that your OS knows best when it comes to managing available resources.
  4. Managed to plug the usb front port connector into the e-sata plug on the motherboard. USB is 5V eSata is 12V.... RIP, everything I plugged into that port before I realized what I had done.
  5. I have absolutely no need to "defend" my opinion to you. I have already stated why I do not like it.
  6. Which is why I asked for opinions from others on how that could be useful. Because I don't see why it could be a good idea. Personally I do not like it. It's an opinion, I have one, get used to it.
  7. I'm just waiting to see what the actual result of that will be before I get exited.
  8. Two girlfriends so far. One went back to her ex, the other got super clingy after a few months so I broke it off. Single and happy at the moment.
  9. Nope. Bit of a gymrat so I mostly stay away from snacks and soda. Soda is just too sweet for me and empty calories just makes me feel guilty. My cheat day foods are dark chocolate, nuts, baked goods and ice cream.
  10. - Not a problem, just annoying. - 8 was also a mess design wise. - Redundancy can be bad. You don't have eight set of wheels on your car just because one might puncture. The definition of redundancy is exeeding what is necccecery. Having the same settings in two places is a waste. If there is any advantage at all of having two versions of the same settings I would love to hear it. That is if you have anything to contribute beyond being snarky.
  11. I know right? I remember testing the Windows 7 preview and everything felt pretty finished UI wise. With windows 8 preview things were caught between two very different versions of how things should look. I didn't mind because it was a preview. But we have been through two itereations of Windows 8 and in a few months Windows 10 will be released. And they still have not managed to make any sense of where they want to go design wise. It is so redundant to have the same settings in two places. Not to mention how different those two places look which just adds to the confusion. They seem to have very little sense of direction when it comes to UI design.

Really hope this vessel video service works out well for you guys. Is it related to microsoft in any way? The UI is very "modern UI looking".
