  1. Okay then, - Graphics Card probably fine, because the mainboard shows the same behaviour - Adapter probably fine, because the mainboard shows the same behaviour - Monitor probably fine, because two monitors show the same behaviour Digital ports will retry to connect after lost connection, analog usually will not, hence the difference between VGA and HDMI connector. At this point it seems to be a bad VGA cable. Usually they would show color distortion, but maybe something shortens to ground and it seems to the devices, that there is no connection at all.
  2. So you have two VGA monitors, both turn off after a while and won't come back on even if you remove and reconnect the VGA cable and it is the same behaviour on the boards VGA port as it is on the Graphics Card with the adapter? Have you tested both monitors with the same VGA cable? Do your monitors have internal or external power supplies?
  3. But I do understand correctly; You use the 1050Tis HDMI out -> HDMI to VGA adapter -> VGA Monitor? HDMI to VGA is a conversion from digital to analog and needs power (some power is provided by the HDMI Out, so it could work). Best guess is the adapter isn't working properly. Ideally you could double check the HDMI Out with a HDMI Monitor to be sure, but I assume you don't have one at hand. If you can't test with a known good adapter either, you might want to consider buying a monitor with digital input instead of another adapter. E.g. this one: https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-21-5-Inch-HDMI-Monitor/dp/B015WCV70W/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1535647903&sr=1-4&keywords=monitor+hdmi If you buy another adapter, try one like these: https://www.amazon.com/Rankie-HDMI-Adapter-3-5mm-Audio/dp/B00ZMV7RL2/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1535649003&sr=1-6&keywords=hdmi+vga It can be powered over Micro-USB (e.g. by one of your PCs USB ports).
  4. I can confirm that a disconnected adapter produces such a sound in Win10. Maybe the adapter isn't provided with enough power. Is it possibe to connect a power supply to your adapter?
  5. Is there a USB Hub on your monitor and is it connected? If yes and yes, please disconnect and see, if the sound is still produced. Does a different display show the same behavior?
  6. Depending on what "old" means here, have a closer look at your mainboard and see, if any capacitor is visibly damaged or bulging. That can happen just by aging and would be the end for the mobo.
  7. Win 10 introduced a problem with 1803 which can prevent devices from being seen in the network. If that also caused your problem, this might help: https://www.ghacks.net/2018/04/17/fix-pcs-no-longer-recognized-in-network-after-windows-10-version-1803-upgrade/
  8. Try to undervolt and underclock your CPU to verify the VRM being the problem.
  9. Thats working. Thanks for your efford. Time will tell how it works exactly
  10. Since Floatplane came so far now, is there a any rough plan when I will be able to give you money?
  11. I was notified based on that. The mail had been identified as possible phishing, though. Perhaps it was filtered entirely in your case.
  12. Not so likes anymore... Apparently this doesn't work in germany because automatic payments are not allowed (thats what paypal prompts). Is that a problem with your older subscription models as well? And is there a solution? 'Delorios' on the Forum - would really like to hear if there is a way.

  13. I don't care if I can watch stuff before someone else can. I used Vessel because it was an ad-free possibility to support LMG. Sad thing is that, if LTT uses this to be 7 days further ahead of things, the next week will be a week of videos (on youtube) I've already watched (on Vessel).
  14. Well, that also means 7 days no new LTT video for Vessel subscibers. Sad things make me sad.
