Hey dude, me peronally i would stay with what you, 3770k is DDR3 so older ram, the newer I5 will be better as game optamisation is better as it's newer and programs and other things will be opterminsed more for the newer CPU. 6400 is good enough my friend has the 3770k honestly stay with what you have. you save money and plus more features on the new CPU, if you upgrade again you already have the DDR4 so you won't need to upgrade much.
 
i would really recommend getting 6600k if you want to upgrade it's 19% better, you can overclock it better then ivy bridge so it can be even better then that, it maybe more but the performance boost is so much more worth, you wont need new RAM motherboard you can keep everything and still get better CPU.

I would go with a 55inch LG OLED at about $1600, and spend the rest on your PC.
