With that much data a cloud option would be much better here. and probably cheaper.
If you want your own drive, id just plug it into your pc with a usb drive. Or if you want a nas, just run a cable to your pc directly.

I'd go with a Google drive or if you primarily use a Windows PC then Onedrive would be best. I have tons of data on my external NAS but use Onedrive for my important documents that I need to access regularly and conveniently from anywhere.
