In terms of peripherals, I am a total blank especially on the monitor aspect, as I do not know which particular monitor I should pick. 2. 14" to 15" something that is not too hassle to bring on your backpack on everyday commute so maybe around 5 lbs/3kg.
  3. Mostly photo editing and video editing but i am looking for something that could play a bit of current gen games on the go. 1500 to 2000 USD TOPS with a wiggle room of about a 100 USD I suppose.
  4. Hi guys which notebook should I get? options are MSI GE65 DELL XPS15 9570 I plan to use it mostly for creative works like photo editing and digital illustration. Which of this notebooks should I get? Should I go 4k 60hz or 1080p 144hz? Is it beneficial for creative works to go 4k on a 15" notebook Would you recommend another product? I am currently using an MSI GE62 6QF APACHE PRO NOTEBOOK with gtx 970m. I am looking for a good replacement for the notebook. The Notebook was ok for gaming but the thermals and build quality were quite bad. Thank you!
  5. Hi, Hello Everyone I'm kinda in a dilemma in choosing a new notebook and would like to have your insights in a good notebook that could be good for creative software and gaming. I'm not really into mac as many of my colleagues are into them but I'm not because i don't like how it can be limited in terms of gaming . My budget is around $1200 to a maximum of steep $1800. I am open to options of 15" or 17" notebook . I'll list some of my options that i am currently scouting for here and hopefully you could guide me into a good decision. i'm also open for other brands. What I want/need: - 1080p Display (minimum) *3K and 4K are also Welcome *Good Display for creative purposes *Hopefully Matte Type - Could at least carry 12GB of RAM *Bare minimum would be 8GB - Relatively quiet - Competitive GPU - 1 SSD at least + 1TB HDD - Good Cooling - 4 USB Ports would be Good - Full Backlit Keyboard ** Here are the ones i am currently scouting. **** if any of you owns any of this can you give me a feedback on performance. 15" Notebook: - ASUS G501 - MSI GE62 Apache Pro - MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 17" - ASUS G751JT - MSI GS70 Thank you for your help in advance!
