  1. Thank you! Just checked the price for the Asus monitor, and unfortunately it costs 470 USD here. The first one looks promising.
  2. Hi, i am wondering wether if i should buy the Samsung U24E590D 24" or the AOC U2879VF 28". They are about the same price here in Norway (350 USD) and i am wondering what 4k monitor that will get me the most bang for the buck at that price point.
  3. Could not agree more. My 970 is currently fucking up my fps in games like squad and AC syndicate (1080p) because of the low amount of vram. Im going to get a refund on my 970 for it having a lot of coil whine and ill get myself two 390s:-)
  4. Im not going with sapphire tho. They seem to have bad overclocking and having no backplate is strange these days
  5. Thanks guys. I like the ASUS Strix design, but the msi one looks as good and after what you guys have said im going msi. Saving some bucks too.
  6. Im going to buy either two ASUS strix 390s or two MSI 390s. It is just the look i care about because the overclocking is fairly the same.
  7. How can i do that when my screen does not display anything?
  8. My fans are spinning, my Gpu fans are spinning, my liquid cooler is showing its Leds. It is just the usb ports thats not working
  9. Not an error code, just F3, wich means that the mobo found the ssd
  10. I have tried both, should i just use the gpu or the opposite
  11. Yesterday i made my 2nd pc. It all went great and all the parts worked. I did a test boot and all seemed to work. Then i connected my monitor, mouse and keyboard. I pressed the power button and the pc booted, but no signal was shown on my monitor. I tried connecting the Dvi cable to my motherboard instead, but it didnt work. I searched google for answers and it told me to remove the Cmos fo approx. 25 minutes. I got it in again, but sothing seemed to happen. I also discovered that neither the Mouse or the keyboard got any power from the usb outlets. The motherboard is the maximus 7 ranger and the cpu is a 4770k. Im wondering if i shold RMA the board or if there is any solutions. Thanks in advance.
  12. Of course you can have 2 gpus powering one screen
  13. I would go for 2 390s in CF. Crossfire scaling is much better than SLI and you have the 8 GB of VRAM to be futureproof with. More titles are going to use much more vram in the future than they use core. One last thing: DO NOT go for 390x in CF. The price difference does not justify the extra 2fps per game!
  14. You should change your CPU to an i5 4690k. I know you said you wanted to go non-k, but you will regret. Did the same thing myself, and now i am stuck with 1600 mhz ram :-(. If you want a cheap 1150 socket MOBO, buy the MSI Z97-G43.
  15. Thanks, decided to go with the H440 instead. Going with 3 intake front and 3 exhaust (2 blowing through the radiator of my H100i GTX and 1 rear.
