So I'm building myself a pc and during my search for parts I stumbled upon a guy that is selling his i7 4790k for about $190 (which is a sweat deal), but (there has to be a but ) he's saying that he problem he's having with the CPU is that it won't boot up if the temperature is below 23 degrees (european) but when it does boot up it works fine.....so naturally I asked him how the hell does he make the CPU boot up at all, and he said that during winter if the room temperature is low, he has to warm it up a bit, during summer it boots up normally....Now, I don't want to trow my money away, so I wanted to check with you guys to see if this is a minor problem that can be fixed easily or should I just move on and try to find another one? Thanks in advance!
