  1. Aaaaaaand never mind. It seems to come back after I've been listening to music for a little while. *EDIT: And it seems to go away if I keep a song paused for a minute or so. But it does come back, and it's still super annoying.
  2. This seems to have worked! I'm surprised, I thought I did this before, I guess I didn't restart my computer though. Thanks!
  3. Tried that, everything's secure. Headphones, ATH-M50s
  4. Title. I've tried disabling/reenabling the driver, disabling enhancements, disabling my microphone, killing background processes, even switching audio players (this helped a little bit), but I'm still getting this annoying problem. It's driving me crazy. Anyone have any ideas?
  5. Okay, so I read a comment that told me to limit the game to only two cores, and that definitely gave me a performance boost. However, it's still unplayable pretty annoying at 30 FPS average, with peaks of up to 44 and drops of of around 25. Any other ideas? EDIT: nevermind, it worked flawlessly. I'm playing at 55-60 FPS constantly now.
  6. Yup, everything else seems to be running as they normally do (awesomely).
  7. Hey everyone. I've been having a problem recently. I started playing Dark Souls for the first time last night, after installing DSfix, of course. Well, I've been getting an absolutely terrible framerate in the game. I maintain a 25 fps average, with peaks of up to 35, and drops of around 15. It's absolutely unplayable. Can anyone help me out here? my system should be able to handle this game no problem, and yet it is running like a steaming pile of shit. Additional info: I play at 1440p; I've tweaked the DSfix.ini several times
  8. I have now. Didn't work. :\ EDIT: I got it to work! I was using a custom theme for windows with windowblinds8. For some reason, minecraft wouldn't work with one on, so I switched back to Aero, and boom, it works again.
  9. I'm not running beta drivers. Should I?
  10. Hey everyone, I seem to be having a problem with minecraft. The game launches.... to a white screen. Nothing. If I leave it running for a few minutes, the minecraft music starts playing, but the screen stays white. I have absolutely no input whatsoever. It's really frustrating! Could anyone help? EDIT: Just want to point out what I've tried so far: reinstalled Java, deleted .minecraft, deleted versions folder, reinstalled Java again, restarted PC thrice, tried an older version. None of those worked.
  11. My favorie thing about the Z2 is that it's waterproof! That's so awesome! Favorite thing about dbrand? The fact that they gave a review/giveaway sample! Really awesome of them to do that.
  12. You can try. Dunno how much dust will actually stick to the thing though.
