Heartborne

I have exactly the same problem on the New Youtube Layout; and it doesn't happen while in Incognito mode. It started happening quite recently as well. I've tried signing out of every Google service, and clearing Google Chrome's gathered data, to no avail; I have yet to try it without extensions though. As a note, this also happens on Firefox, but not on Firefox with incognito mode turned on. Does anyone have a solution? It might just be specifically related to the new layout—I'm now back to the old design, for the time being.
