i just downgraded to 13.8 still makes no difference

i've just installed the 13.9 drivers successfully but even though it worked i still got an error message. The problem is the drivers have not effected anything i mean fgs i can't even open minecraft! anyone know what to do? The anwser is probably starring me in the face but i am either too stupid or tired to see it. Even the slightest bit of help would be appreciated.

Yesterday I got to go on the PS4 to play Blacklight retribution and I'm not overwhelmed but I am happy to say the game is not Badly ported at all. The textures still looked slightly muddy but most edges weren't jagged which was nice to see. I can't really judge the frame rate too well as the hours of GTA 5 on PS3 has somewhat desensitised me to lower frame rates, but the game ran fluidly with no noticeable dips. The implementation of the touch pad I thought was tastefully done as it was used for the non essentially yet useful cloaker. The controller's size is noticeablely bigger and fits more into your hands. The analog sticks feel more responsive as well as the curved triggers. I didn't really feel the difference between the dualshock 4 and dualshock 3 rumble feature in this game but It didn't take anything away from the experience. All in all I did enjoy my short time playing Blacklight on the PS4 but, not nearly as much as playing Elder Scrolls online on the PC hehe.

from a mouse all i want is at least 3 programmable buttons and for it to be comfortable. For a keyboard i want: Mechanical keys, a row or two of g keys, multimedia keys and scrollers, backlit, comfort, wrist rest and good build quailty. So you tell me, what do I spend most on?
