    I could be the H110 pump. Try putting on another heatsink if you have one. Also stopping fans when the system is running could potentially damage them.

    I would recommend buying your 770's in the UK. As you pointed out the hassle you will have to go through if anything goes wrong is greater then what little money you'll save. When you include shipping, VAT and duty fees, it will cost around 670£ for 2x 770's bought in the US. btw this is a good website if you ever need to calculate this stuff in the future. http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-import-duty-and-tax-calculation/

    If you buy a reference design card that has been factory overclocked, it is not higher binned, but if you get a card with a non reference cooler, like an Asus Direct CU II card, some of the components will be higher quality. Howerver it will be different from each manufacturer which components they improve upon.
