Hi guys again. I would like to thank you all for your replies. I did it. I uninstalled all application that has acer in it and some suspicious software (e.g. games) that is on it. and I also updated the laptop at least twice until it say your updated. Thank you all the culprit is that it was low in memory and resorts to paging. Thank you for giving me that idea and the one that the memory is shared with the graphic. Any way I suggested to my sister that she needs to buy more RAM and preferably an SSD to for more performance. Thanks again

Just use common sense and uninstall anything you dont need or didn't install yourself that you know you won't need.

You can get a free BIOS boot kit from AMD, but probably just ask your retailer about a BIOS update first.

Most of the boards should support the APUs at this point.

I recommend not using Niresh's build. He leaves quite a bit of stuff out and to be honest, it's both bare and unstable. (On my system, that is.)
 
This is in fact your best bet.

Best thing you could do is set up a VM of OS X and download a clean version from the store and create the installer.

I thought it also that the motherboard is the issue. HDD is a seagate 1tb barracuda. Well the problem is now solved we returned to the retail store and found out that the RAM is causing the issue. They used one of Hirens included software, memtest 86, and it returned an error. Thx for the reply

The G3 from LG is the first phone I've used with a 2560x1440 display. That's a lotta pixels! Not to mention the rest of the top-of-the-range specs!

Please note that they are retail units (in the video I said pre-production, but this has since been changed) and they are Korean unlocked global units, so you will need to verify if they will work correctly on your carrier! Python + PyQT could be a good choice for your scenario. You could even use qt-designer for a fairly simple WYSIWYG-edior, with a simple google-search I came up with this tutorial: https://wiki.python.org/moin/JonathanGardnerPyQtTutorial.
Or you could just use plain qt (in that case, you're probably best of with reading the official qt-documentation, most things map pretty directly into PyQT).
Just understand that what you're asking for (looks like blender) is not an easy task (Blender is a very complex programm), especially since you don't seem very familar with programming. You'll have to do quite alot of research.

Please do, I hate when I have to download three different versions of .NET in order to run a 2Mb program.

You may find this interesting, it is a project with a couple of my classmates, we are in the process of building a raspberry pi quad-copter  

it is a lot more simple than it looks.

The prebuilt ones like the DJI Phantom are much, much more expensive to repair, and less customisable than one you put together yourself. You WILL crash it and break stuff, and want to change things in the future.

I recommend you to actually start CREATING something.
 
Try to make a website using what you've learned.
Maybe you could try to add some JavaScript while you're at it?
 
You should also start looking at PHP. Right now. (That is, if you're serious about web development)
Search for some YouTube tutorials to get started.

It's always good to take preventative measures, especially when they don't cost you anything.  And free antivirus solutions work beautifully, any sort of antivirus roundup will tell you that.
 
Anyway, on topic, I'm liking AVG.  Avast has a lot of configuration options but I'm too lazy to go through all of them haha.
