windows is not original tes my gpu is ok when i boot from my hdd it loads the installed windows amd its ok it works fine but i want to upgrade to win 10 8320 r9 280 msi 970a krait edition 1000gb hdd

hello guys sorry if this is off topic. im new here. so my case is : turning my. pc on with bootable flash or. dvd reader with windows 10 in it. when it. ask me to press any button to boot from dvd/usb . i press key and the windows logo flashes for a sec then a white underscore flashing in the top left corner for about 3-4 sec after that a n orange screen with white vertical stripes appears i tried. lots of stuff and nothing helped i trust in u pls help (sry for my awkward english)
