Eliminate does not necessarily mean to kill. Look it up.
Bullshit. You can fulton extract them. Hell, the game even has an optional completable objective (called Tasks) to extract 20 child soldiers in that mission that you described.
You remind me of DarkSydePhil. He's a YouTuber who is infamous for criticizing (doing exactly what you've done in this thread) and being so terrible at the Metal Gear Solid series.
Here, have a gander:
1. You don't receive keys until a day or two before release.
2. You can't redeem a Steam key as a gift.
Best you could do is sell the actual steam key itself. Which people don't usually go for...
Whatever the case, MS needs to find a new team of writers/PR for their articles and announcements. Their communication was terrible during Xbox One DRM fiasco, it was terrible when they first announced the Win10 free upgrade offer and it's terrible now.

Quite a few good points. I doubt Valve haven't thought of all that given the fact that they reserved the right to ban users from the refund process. And in the case of returning DRM-free games, Valve gave devs the ability to disable refunds, I believe.
And just to stroke my ego, my name got mentioned in the WAN show. Yayy~
FINALLY, amirite? Now, all we need is the ability to trade in Steam-bought games for credit or something.

Let's pretend for a moment that you're the woman in the video, I'm the cat, the candle is the Arkham Knight game, and throwing it over the edge is pre-ordering the game.
And now, I leave you with this:
I have a sneaky suspicion that somebody could just label their nvidia card "Titan X" or w/e and get a free key... Of course, this depends on how Geforce Experience detects cards.
