You seem to be a COD lover. It's okay, just keep being mad at the fact that COD isn't the superior shooter.

I'm Ducky biased, but I have tried the blackwidow widow 2013 before I obtained the ducky.
The blackwidow keys seemed to be wider imo... my finger position wasn't correct and felt quiet awkward.
The ducky was just a perfect fit ,as I wanted a simple keyboard layout without macros on the sides

    I must mention though...

    I don't have a 7870...

    Or BF4.

I haven't run metrics on that specific card however in general I like cards from EVGA, they have excellent customer service with great warranty support, decent coolers (such as the ACX), they look good, and they offer a step up program (if a better card comes out within 90 days you can exchange yours for the price difference). EVGA SC cards have often been higher binned chips meaning they perform better out of the box and can still overclock. If you have the money to spend, and want to buy a 780ti, EVGA is a good choice. Hope this helps.

Case fans in general are usually front/bottom intake and rear/top exhaust.

They are intakes. As far as I know, they are always intakes on cases by default.

Get the 780 ti? if you do change it to 780 ti you would go $66 over budget but its not that much over

    I think there's a big difference.

I do take it seriously as long as the games are on proper portable consoles with good controls. Even old b/w games on a game boy pocket are more fun to me than angry birds, fruit ninja, doodlejump, temple run and all that other stuff that trendy people seem to love so dearly.

On portable systems I don't even care one bit about the graphics as long as the game itself is entertaining. Classic Tetris or Super Mario Land 2, for example.

Project Shield, only thing nVidia needs to do is find a way to allow you to play PC games with Internet not LAN.
