  1. So will this work with only a static IP address or not????
  2. ok then. I started to write the code myself and it wouldn't let me do the nwtemp operation in the print statement Thanks for correcting my mistake man
  3. Also, put the nwtemp*5/9 in brackets with str in front like this: str(nwtemp*5/9) as without it the print functions wont work because it doesn't allow integers only strings
  4. @Denned Yeah you are correct. The server is on a completely "different" network. So how do i go about changing the network of the server to the rest of the network?
  5. So this is the error that comes up when i go to the IP. What do I do now?
  6. Hi various forum users, I'm trying to set up a file server for my various PC's to backup too. Currently, I'm running Windows Server 2016 off of a virtual machine on one of the aforementioned PC's. I want to grant access to another PC to the share to test before actually deploying the server. How do I do that? Is there any port-forwarding involved? Thanks, -Fish
  7. I have a GeForce GTX 840M graphics card on my laptop and I want to use the 'Share" feature to record my game play, but the icon isn't there for me to click on using the latest GeForce Experience. Can anyone suggest why this isn't working for me. Specs and version are circled in the attached picture.
  8. EDIT: Looks like it needed a restart. Why I didn't do that before was beyond me lol. Anyway, It's fixed now. Thanks for the help anyways. Jarrod Kappa
  9. Hi all. Thanks for the help, but I'm on a laptop, so changing the cable wont really work. I do have another monitor to use in the interim, so I guess I'll have to use that. Again, thanks for the help. Jarrod
  10. Attached is an image of the problematic pixels (and some PCMR propaganda XD). I have already tried a pixel sweeper program, is there anything else i can use to fix this. Sorry about the dodgy photo. That's what happens when you use an iPhone 4. Thanks, Jarrod
  11. I'm running on a, *shudder*, laptop sporting an Nvidia Geforce 840m. I'm currently in the process of finding parts for a new desktop rig and this would very much help.
