Thats a bit of a waste, if i was going to get an i7 4790k id rather go for something cheaper than the 4460 and manage until i could afford the i7

1. Thanks for the tip, i dont keep up with ssd's, they interest me little. All i know is they give faster boot times.
2. Fanboyism is a dying art. But your motherboard choice makes sense.
3. I prefer the look of the other case, it will be permanently situated in my living room, i have a mrs to answer to -.-
4. Never really kept up with psu's either, they give my machine power and if they look decent and have decent reviews thats good enough for me, thanks for the heads up though ill change my build to yours.
5.  For that price i could get a 4670k instead of the 4460, wouldnt that be a better choice?

4. Im tryna buy second hand cos £800 is kinda out of my price limit at the moment, im not too fussed about lifespan because they will be replaced within a year or two.

Laptop to be honest, i find desktops only good for gaming and anything that reaches beyond the specs of my laptop, i prefer the comfort of being able to sit in my living room with it.

Ram, find the best price per gb ddr3. Gpu depending on budget id say a r7 270x, r9 if you can afford it and mobo find a decent asus board in your price range that is compatible.
Cpu fans find whatevers a good price and high rpm (if you dont care about sound). Case is down to preference (read some reviews)

OT: Explain to them that this in something your interested in, maybe ask them to buy you a dirt cheap pc just to tinker with, if not save up any allowance etc you may get and buy a dirt cheap one yourself.

there are no 120Hz 4K or UHD monitors, ACER has some 60Hz G-sync UHD monitors though for like 600 euros

They could just say the pricing was a mistake and they would have to offer a full refund, however that seller has 3 other gaming pc's for the same price, you dont make a mistake 4 times.
