6mbps is all they're sending out and all you're going to get. The only improvement that can be made on your end really is assuring that your setup is making the most of that 6mbps.  Simply, finding equipment that delivers the full 6mbps to all devices on your network. From there, a DNS server change, and maybe a tracker/ad blocker to block additional content loading on webpages might be worth while.

Noctua will always beat Corsair in terms of performance and silence regarding these two fans. Now the last thing to consider would be whether or not you want to spend the extra ~$15 to get two Noctuas rather than the Corsairs.

Probably... Topping it up is usually just a 1 time deal, so its not too much of an issue if its a pain to fill it.

The first h440 is almost exactly the same as the build that I just started. I prefer 1440p for gaming, so in my mind it would be whether or not you want the system to be mITX or standard.

I just though I'd tell you this story and ask you: Have you had anything like this happen to you?
So, in December of 2013 I got a whole range of Razer products including a BlackWidow Ultimate, A Naga ultimate, and pair of HammerHead Pros. They all worked just dandy together, and I used them on a daily basis UNTIL... ~2 years after getting them (early winter 2015). It really started with the mouse sorta acting jittery and tracking was inconsistent. Then, the earbuds, which I didn't really use much like at all in 2015, started cutting out in one ear and was just generally janky. Then, BOOM, the keyboard went completely to shit. I talked to Razer about it, reset all the drivers, and even refreshed windows but none of it worked. To recap, my three Razer devices all died within 1-2 weeks of each other. Idk, but it seems like too many devices for it to be a coincidence.

At this point, I'd say that the color scheme is a symbol of the excellent noctua quality.

It really comes down to your use case, would you actually use the 2nd monitor in a multi monitor set up? Do you need it? If not then I would advise the 27" (1440p if you have the money)

For me I always found 27" to be the perfect size for a monitor (height wise) and if you go for 1440p you'll be able to fit more content into the screen from a productivity standpoint as well (If that was a reason you wanted duel monitor) You could also just keep your old one too, although ik you said them not being the same would annoy you.

You could get a 27" for not too much more than buying the same monitor you have again (Although you'd be looking at 1080p not 1440p) I would go for this one maybe
    LG 27MP33HQ: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824025041&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
    It's 27", and IPS for only $190
Or you can get a non IPS for about $20-30 less (at 27")

Take a used car. Clean it all up. Remove everything from the hood.

Place all the computer components(motherboard, cpu, gpu) in-place of the car's engine.

Remove the windshield. Place a monitor(4k prefered now) instead. Close any gaps with proper materials.

Now, just keep one seat in the center. The backseats can be kept as they are.

The ignition should be connected to the motherboard to turn on the computer.

Remove the steering wheel. Attach some placement surface for the keyboard and the mouse instead of the steering wheel.

Adjust the gas pedal/accelerator for cpu over clocking. The clutch should be adjusted for GPU overclocking. The brakes can be used to decide the overclocked limit, hence no need to keep the pedals pressed.
