Look at the reviews and see if other people have a similar issue. I've had 2 Corsair Flash Voyagers 32GB that both failed randomly after a few months and that seemed to be the experience other buyers had.
They all seem fine

Did you remove the USB upon restarting?
yes

At this point in time I want to say the SSD is at fault, if you have another PC try to install on it, if it goes through something maybe wrong with the machine in question.
Just got this SSD delivered 2 hours ago from amazon prime 2 hour because my other one stopped working today also
-
So if I am getting this right the SSD is recognized but is not accepting the installation, try another SATA port.
yeah it's regonized like i can select it as a partition to install windows on but once it restarts it just brings me back to square one. I just changed ports and it did nothing
-
And you're using the media creation tool correct?
yes

Install and remove the USB after the first reboot.
"reboot and selsect proper boot device"
-
How are you creating the bootable USB?
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Using this

It's still doing the same thing after trying a new USB

The USB install could be corrupted. Test another USB and report back.
It didnt change anything

Is it a PCI-E M.2 SSD?
no it's the samsung 850 evo
-
Try and use the sata to usb and try and see if the windows files are actually on the ssd by connecting it to a different computer. Also as Elias said, try using another USB.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to install windows 10 to my 500gb ssd. I am installing from a usb. I boot to the usb, go through the steps, select the ssd, once it installs all the media and restarts, it wants me to go through the process again. I try to boot to the ssd? says there's nothing on it, and so I'm stuck in this infinite loop of installing windows media to my ssd.

Hey guys, basically the title says it all. I'm building a desktop for College and can't decide what case to get. Part of it is that I'm just not really up-to date on the most recent cases, so I figured i'd just turn here for help. Thanks!

I feel like I'm being judged because my data is ticklish.....

You could set it up as a plex server or a plex multimedia streaming device.
-
You can download a bunch of different software's but I would recommend HWMonitor

On my first computer that I built before I knew anything at all, I bought a WD green drive 1TB. I didnt know that the colors made any difference so I figured, well if i'm going to get one anyway, might as well get one that's good for the environment right? *commence cringe*

I've been watching him for suuper long, I feel like it's been more than 4 years but I only know for sure that it was 4 years so I put that, but I feel like it's so cool that we get to see a piece of his life almost every day, I don't know it's just that watching his videos seem like more than I'm just there for the information, he and the whole LMG provide a watching experience that is just enjoyable bottom line.

I feel like i'm in the minority here by liking vessel, but I would like that if they did. I like the idea of being able to pay (a SUPER low price) to be able to see the videos earlier, specifically early enough to where I can see them before going to bed.
-
I think you'll be able to squeeze it in but if you wanted to future-proof your build I would say upgrade it.

I use reddit a ton because what else would I do at work, but I feel that I only vote if I strongly feel with something, but I know my coworkers vote on everything so it's personal preference but I wouldn't mind if they had it.
I can't install windows 10 to my new samsung ssd.
