That is a feature of ROG boards. This thread should maybe help you. In a nutshell, you can disable it within the BIOS.

Pretty much! Just make sure to tell them to use the adapters in that link to hook up all six fans to the motherboard connector

Ok so 6 of they fans and a pack of conectors and i am all set. I am puting the pc parts into a shop to build it, dont trust myself lol so when i just get it back I download the app and its all good ?

They will do that, RGB is very customizable.

(Plug one of the female ends into the Four make ends of the second extension, and you'll have 7 RGB connections that can be controlled by one motherboard header)

If you really like airflow, the H500M is a good option. 
Make sure you get the M version tough, as that one has the mesh. The normal H500 is a terrible case!

I think you mean the H500P Mesh version. And that the H500P is the terrible version

16GB would be ideal, only if you have lots of background components while gaming or need the extra ram for rendering or 3D work.
 
You can buy Windows 10 for around 10 - 20 pounds on Kinguin, a trusted website, and use the saved money to get more ram or upgrade to a 1070Ti.

Did you try rolling back the audio driver using device manager?

In steam just right click and create desktop shortcut and for other programs find the exe file and right click it>Send to>Desktop

Start -> Search for "Uninstall a Program" -> Find Discord -> Click And hit uninstall/change

If your on windows 8 or 10 go to task manager and look at startup then ask it to find the directory for discord.
