I think the only real reason the go fully modular is a smaller case with limited space or esthetics like custom sleeved cables or super clean cable runs. Seasonic's G650W.and the XFX XTR 650W are both solid options personally i would go for the Seasonic as my personal experiences with XFX customer support have being bad

Since your using all Noctua fans im guessing you want a quit build so would go for the RM550 since the Zero fan mode means that it wont turn on the PSU fan unless you go over 40% load so probably only when your gaming

Good choice dont use the mods in the steam workshop the ones on the nexus are much better http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/? they have there own moding program called nexus mod manager that is a lot better . What are you afraid you won't like it's very open ended you can use bows , two handed weapons , one handed and shield , magic lots and lots of magic you can also switch between first person and a far away over the shoulder views .Thats all before the mods with them you can add 150 new spells tons of different armors and weapons

Personally i would go for skyrim with all the mods up on the nexus its almost a limitless game that you can improve every aspect of the graphics to insane levels

It really depends what games you want too play with it i would recommend the Logitech G600 for MMOs or games with a ton of key bindings like planetsiders 2 or the M65 for twitch gameplay

I do respect him for the amount of videos he puts out and the massive fan base he has gained personally i find him to be annoying but then I'm 25 so I'm not really his target audience i much prefer totalbiscuit .
